It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it’s not as bad as you think. We’ll let you know how long it’s going to take and what it’s going to require.

We Do the Prep Work
If you want everything to be really clean, we’ll start by removing as much of the furniture as we can. There’s no sense in hiding a stain with an ottoman when we can just remove it from the very start!

About Terence Jenkins, President
Terence is a United States Air Force veteran and former pharmaceutical quality-assurance professional who built his cleaning company on a simple belief: clean should be measurable. He’s been an owner-operator since 2006 and rebranded as Sovereign Cleaning Services, LLC in 2017 to reflect the standard he stands for—ownership of details, accountability, and outcomes you can trust. During his years in the United States Air Force, he worked alongside military dieticians, completed advanced sanitary food-handling training, and learned to maintain hygienic, mission-critical environments. That discipline—checklists, chain of command, and accountability—still shapes how his teams clean and communicate today.
Drawing on 18+ years safeguarding sterile, compliant environments, he translates that rigor into everyday spaces with documented steps and verified results for homes and businesses. He stays hands-on with walk-throughs, clear scopes, and standards that don’t slip. He also mentors new cleaning entrepreneurs so they can build durable companies. Clients appreciate his calm communication style, reliable scheduling, and the way he turns “spotless” from a promise into proof.
